Shipping policy

Shipping Policy www.alberts.co.nz will ship anywhere in New Zealand (includes the Chatam Islands). We will gladly accept overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address.

Orders generally take 5-7 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by NZ Post. When you place your order, please supply a physical address such as a workplace or a residence, where there will be someone present to sign for your item. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, and we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for deliveries once this email has been sent. Once NZ Post has your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track the journey of your order via the NZ Post website.
